What are the responsibilities and job description for the Estimate Coordinator position at W L Butler?
As an Estimator with W. L. Butler, you will be responsible for preparing commercial and residential estimates per bid procedures and subcontractor evaluations including appropriate trade/subcontractor selection, scope of works, setting bidding requirements and qualifications of proposals.
Attend client/design meetings and job walks during the preconstruction phase to ensure a thorough understanding of project requirements.
