The Raleigh House is currently seeking an Admissions Coordinator with a strong clinical and sales background to join our Access Team. This role involves guiding clients through the initial recovery experience and supporting families and clients as they seek access to treatment. You will work closely across interdepartmental teams to bring our unmatched services to a wider range of people in need.

Our Access Team is responsible for all intakes into the Raleigh House program, and we need someone who is a big picture thinker, highly analytical, and ALWAYS puts people first while understanding the need for clinical assessment and inquiry. Essential Duties:
- Greet potential clients by phone, providing information on treatment options with accuracy and sensitivity.
- Screen for client appropriateness to Raleigh House and make referrals that best support client resources and needs.
- Obtain and review Verification of Benefits for insurance clients; assist in providing explanations regarding benefits and their use to clients/families.
- Secure payments for services in collaboration with billing departments.
- Document all processes in a CRM database.
- Generate leads and manage the pipeline of potential admissions.
- Proficient in Motivational Interviewing and Sales Pipeline Management
- Maintain excellent notes and updates in your client pipeline
- Consistently meet KPIs and Intake expectations
- Participate in a daily standup meeting with the team and weekly one-on-ones with the supervisor.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree preferred but not required, in behavioral health, social work/psychology, public relations, or communication
- A clinical (behavioral or mental health, nursing) or sales background is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Addiction, Recovery and Mental Health, strongly preferred.
- 1 3 years experience in clinical practice or outreach
- Salesforce and/or other online database software experience.

Salary: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Minimum Education and Experience
- Education: Bachelors degree in Social Science related field, preferred
- Experience in sales; knowledge of sales platforms
- Valid drivers license or State ID, required, all positions
- Experience with treatment facilities and/or addictions and mental health populations, preferred
- Prohibitions: active addiction, use of elicit substances (including THC) at any time during employment, current sponsorship of a current or former (less than 1-year post RH treatment) client
Working Conditions
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to perform grasping, talking, hearing, seeing, and repetitive motions
- Must be able to lift, carry, and balance up to 50 pounds (100 pounds with assistance)
- May include sitting or standing for extended periods of time, as well as stooping, bending over and/or crouching
- On-call or overnight work assignments may be required
