Job Description:
The Admissions Strategy Coordinator supports the Admissions Product Planning team in executing initiatives that drive admissions revenue, enhance guest experiences, and optimize operational efficiency across partner attractions. This role focuses on data analysis, financial accuracy, operational coordination, and cross-functional collaboration. Admissions products include tickets, memberships, passes, packages, retail and food items, public ticketed events including, special events and more.
This role has the opportunity to positively impact some of the coolest cultural attractions on the planet, and help support our partners’ mission of sustainability, conservation and animal welfare education.

Responsibilities may consist of (but not limited to):
- Work closely with key stakeholders to define the scope of strategy-driven programs and projects, ensuring the establishment of clear timelines, milestones, and objectives for successful execution.
- Assist in the seamless execution of admissions processes, including the management of promotions, product launches, and day-to-day operations.
- Coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously, meeting deadlines while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
- Create and maintain all necessary documentation of business programs and strategic initiatives.
- Assist with pricing analysis, forecasting, and impact assessments to track the performance of admissions strategies and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and status updates to inform key stakeholders on program progress, performance, and outcomes.
- Foster strong relationships across teams, including SSA Group Admissions HQ, SSA Group Information Technology, and partner attraction staff, to ensure the efficient and transparent execution of strategic initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, hospitality, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1-3 years of experience in admissions, finance, operations, project coordination or a related role.
- Proficiency in POS systems, reporting tools, and MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Prior experience with Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence) for task tracking and documentation preferred.
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Experience in the attractions, hospitality, or entertainment industry preferred.
- Task Coordination & Time Management: Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, meet deadlines, and work productively under pressure, ensuring efficient task completion.
- Interpersonal & Teamwork Skills: Collaborates effectively across teams and maintains strong working relationships.

- Salary is based on range in consideration of relevant job experience and certification/education
