The W. M. Jordan Enterprise Technology Team is currently seeking a junior to mid-level experienced Support Engineer with a focus on exceptional customer service. This is an in-office position in our Newport News, Virginia location.

Key Components of the role include but are not limited to:
- Communicate with clients via phone, email and direct message to diagnose technical issues.
- Provide training sessions for new hardware or software products.
- Create detailed tickets of user problems and solutions.
- Work together with other Technology Team members to find solutions to more complex issues.
- Utilize Remote support tools such as screen sharing.
- Knowledge of mapping network printers and drives.
- Experience in a Windows based environment.
- Knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite of applications.
- Maintain break/fix reference documentation.
- Setup new computers for end users.
- Provide best in class customer service to end users.
- Reset user passwords via Active Directory.
- Stay up to date with current technology and system changes.
- Occasional travel to remote job sites or regional offices for equipment setup/teardown.
- Troubleshooting of wired and wireless networks.
- Availability to perform after hours work as needed.
- Assign and manage technology inventory.
- Clean and format returned computer equipment.
- Maintain production lab efficiency.
