Your primary focus will be creating meaningful customer connections, ensuring every client feels comfortable, valued, and returns for all their hair care needs.
As an Assistant Salon Manager, you will:
- Set and communicate clear expectations for stylists, ensuring consistent delivery of our 5 Steps to Customer Care.
- Lead by example, working peak hours, including weekends, and reinforcing stylist job description expectations.
- Recruit and hire talented individuals who align with our commitment to customer loyalty.
- Drive salon growth and monitor performance results.
- Coach, develop, and mentor team members.
- Address and resolve operational issues promptly.
- Cultivate a fun, positive, and safe work environment.
Qualifications:
- Valid cosmetology, barber, or manager license.
- Proven dedication to exceptional customer service.
- Ability to cut hair for an extended period and provide quality haircuts in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong listening and communication skills to understand client needs.
- Effective problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in using computer systems for customer tracking.
- Demonstrated employee management skills, including recruitment, training, and retention.
- Ability to lead a team towards achieving company goals and values.
- Strong presentation skills, both internally and externally.
- Fluency in English.
- Commitment to working 34 floor hours per week and 5 out of 8 weekend days per month.

Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour
