What We Are Seeking
For this full-time Commercial Lines Account Manager role, we are seeking a licensed insurance professional who is experienced in a full range of account management servicing tasks. This person will need experience in Applied Epic and the account manager workflows. The ideal candidate will have experience working with a large book of business (preferably with municipalities), possess exceptional organizational skills, be personable and enjoy providing excellent customer service.
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing large municipal commercial accounts on behalf of the principal of our agency.
- Oversee the organization of renewals while ensuring compliance with strict deadlines.
- Foster strong relationships with clients and team members, building trust through accuracy and efficiency.
- Collaborate effectively with the producer while also demonstrating the ability to work independently.
- Utilize strong problem-solving skills to address challenges proactively.
- Contribute innovative ideas to enhance best practices and optimize processes.
- Update agency management system (Epic).
Minimum Requirements
- High School Diploma (or equivalent)
- License: Property & Casualty (ANY state)
- Ability to work on Eastern Standard Time

- Bachelor’s Degree
- License: Property & Casualty (IN and/or MI)
- Management Rating Systems: Applied Systems, Epic
- Computer Skills: Adobe, DocuSign, MS Outlook, MS Teams, Zoom, MS Excel
