RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform general cleaning tasks including dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and cleaning vents and baseboards.
• Clean restrooms and manage trash removal effectively.
• Maintain cleanliness in common areas, including break rooms and entryways.
• Use cleaning equipment safely and efficiently including floor scrubbers, backpack vacuums and other machinery (training will be provided).
• Adhere to the job scope for each specified location.
• Execute specialty cleaning tasks at designated locations as required by the clients.
• Utilize the WSG Pod app for clocking in and out of shifts as required.
• Complete annual Sexual Harassment and Discrimination courses along with other required training as part of Training and Development Program and government regulations.
• If assigned a work order, ensure it is completed correctly and obtain the store manager's signature and stamp.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations per company policy.
• Perform other tasks and responsibilities as assigned based on the client’s needs and scope of work.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous janitorial or cleaning experience a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work at least (1) day during the weekend.
• Must have reliable transportation to assigned locations.
• Check in and out every work shift using the IVR system and W Pod app.
• English proficiency required; ability to follow and give clear instructions is necessary.
