NOW HIRING: SOCIAL MEDIA & BRAND MARKETING ASSISTANT
We’re looking for a proven social media strategist to help grow and market a wholesale home decor brand. Unlike consumer retail, our focus is on B2B marketing—connecting with retail store owners who buy in bulk rather than individual consumers. If you understand how to create high-impact content that drives wholesale sales (or are eager to learn), we want you on our team!
Requirements:
✔ Proven experience in brand-building on social media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
✔ Understanding of or willingness to learn wholesale/B2B marketing
✔ Proficient in Canva, Photoshop, and email platforms (Constant Contact, MailChimp)
✔ AI Content Creation: Must know how to utilize ChatGPT & other AI tools for content creation and strategy
✔ Strong Excel skills for data tracking, analytics and basic database creation
✔ Product photography, videography & brand storytelling experience a plus
✔ Catalog/Ad Layout experience a plus
✔ Passion for home decor trends & market insights with an eye for what resonates with retail buyers and drives purchasing decisions
✔ Team player that is willing to adapt, problem-solve, and execute strategies
✔ Willing to travel? Even better.
Position Details:
*15-20 hours/week at our Norfolk, VA office
*Fast-paced, brand-building environment focused on wholesale growth
*Preference given to individuals with experience in B2B marketing and home décor trends
