Social Media Internship – Personal Financial Literacy
WW Reynolds Foundation | Part-Time | 15-20 Hours/Week | 8 weeks| $20 per hour| Boulder, CO (Hybrid)
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a college or university, preferably majoring in marketing, communications, business, finance, education, or a related field.
- Self-driven and able to work independently—we’re looking for someone who can take initiative and run with ideas.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, engagement strategies, and digital storytelling.
- Proven experience creating high-quality social media content and proficiency with content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Spark, CapCut, or similar) and basic video editing skills.
- Passion for financial literacy and education with the ability to make complex topics engaging and digestible.
- Excellent writing, communication, and strategic thinking skills.

Position Overview: We are looking for a highly motivated, independent Social Media Intern to lead the foundation’s financial literacy outreach on digital platforms. We need someone who can come in with a plan, execute it effectively, and adjust strategies based on results. If you thrive on creative freedom and don’t need step-by-step supervision, this is the role for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and schedule high-quality social media content (graphics, videos, infographics, and posts) that promote personal financial literacy tailored for platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and TikTok.
- Research and produce compelling, easy-to-understand content on financial topics relevant to K-12 students, educators, and parents.
- Track social media engagement and analytics to refine the strategy, optimize content, and drive audience growth. Identify new opportunities for engagement, collaborations, or campaign ideas to expand outreach.
- Work independently with minimal supervision, taking full ownership of content creation and execution.
Salary : $20
