Key Responsibilities :

Cultivate and grow relationships with new and existing partners across various agricultural sectors, promoting our products and services.

Provide expert guidance on the full range of our offerings, including fertilizers, soil amendments, livestock nutrition, and wildlife products.

Offer expertise in soil and plant agronomy, sustainable farming practices (including no-till, strip-till, and biological farming), and crop nutrition.

Support clients with services like soil testing, fertilizer application, forage analysis, and plant tissue analysis to optimize crop and livestock performance.

Deliver presentations, conduct training sessions, and educate clients on our dairy, produce, and wildlife programs, ensuring they can fully benefit from our offerings.

Engage with farmers, agribusinesses, and other clients to provide tailored solutions for specific needs related to dairy, produce, and wildlife programs.

Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in agronomy, soil science, and agricultural best practices, helping to drive innovation and sustainable farming practices.

Collaborate closely with internal teams to develop and execute strategic plans that meet client needs and drive business growth.

Ensure client satisfaction through ongoing support, education, and by addressing any agronomy-related challenges effectively.

Qualifications :

Degree in agronomy, soil science, plant science, or a related field.

Proven experience in agronomy, soil science, or agriculture with hands-on expertise in row crop production (corn, soybeans, wheat) and farming equipment.

Strong understanding of soil health, crop production, and sustainable farming techniques, including biological and no-till / strip-till practices.

Experience working with agricultural products such as fertilizers, soil amendments, livestock nutrition, and wildlife management products.

Knowledge of soil testing, fertilizer application, forage analysis, and plant tissue analysis to help clients improve crop and livestock productivity.

Excellent communication, presentation, and training skills, with the ability to build relationships and educate clients effectively.

Ability to provide technical support and advice to clients on both products and services, with a focus on optimizing agricultural outcomes.

Passion for sustainability and advancing farming practices to improve long-term agricultural land health.

Preferred Skills :

Experience with specialized agricultural programs, such as dairy, produce, and wildlife management.

Familiarity with emerging trends and technologies in agriculture, particularly those that align with sustainable practices.

A proactive, solutions-oriented approach to identifying and addressing client needs and market opportunities.

Strong business development skills with a history of successful partnerships and growing agricultural business segments.
