Role Description

  • This is a full-time, non-commissioned, on-site role for an Assistant Store Manager.
  • The Assistant Store Manager will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, providing excellent customer service, effective communication, store management, and retail loss prevention.
  • You will work with our small team at our beautiful, luxury retail storefront in Bridgeport Village in the Portland, Oregon Metropolitan Area.

    • Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in luxury retail sales with a proven record of meeting sales targets
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Good organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Good understanding of luxury retail operations and inventory management
  • Work references confirming your sales ability, reliability, and punctuality
  • Preferred : Experience with Mac OS, Google Workspace, and the Shopify platform
