Role Description
This is a full-time, non-commissioned, on-site role for an Assistant Store Manager.
The Assistant Store Manager will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, providing excellent customer service, effective communication, store management, and retail loss prevention.
You will work with our small team at our beautiful, luxury retail storefront in Bridgeport Village in the Portland, Oregon Metropolitan Area.
Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in luxury retail sales with a proven record of meeting sales targets
Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
Good organizational and problem-solving abilities
Good understanding of luxury retail operations and inventory management
Work references confirming your sales ability, reliability, and punctuality
Preferred : Experience with Mac OS, Google Workspace, and the Shopify platform
