W3Global is actively looking for a qualified BCBA for a remote contract opportunity.
Contract Period - 4months
Pay - $45 -$65 / hr
Schedule - Open to Candidate Availability - Monday-Thursday 8 : 15am-6 : 00pm and Friday 8 : 15am-3 : 00pm.

Caseload Responsibilities :
Develop, write, implement, update and train on effective behavior plans including data collection systems using Functional Behavior Assessments
Complete and submit ongoing documentation as needed by the funding source in a timely manner
Participate in group staff trainings as requested
Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with teachers, administrators, staff, clients and parents
Continually assess student skills, behavior challenges and social skills with proficiency in all assessments utilized by Sonnenberg-VBMAPP, AFLS (school, community, vocational), ABLLS, Essentials for Living, etc.
Utilizing data to determine baseline, function and progress of maladaptive behaviors with regular review and oversight alongside senior staff
Develop and participate in parent training as needed for each client
Continually assess and monitor parent involvement and client attendance, creating and implementing corrective action plans when needed
Administrative Responsibilities :
Collaborate with to assess clinical need in school setting
Participate in HR duties such as verbal and written corrective feedback, staff evaluations, disciplinary actions, etc.
Assess, document and maintain information regarding BTTh and BTT staff performance and evaluations
Supervise, train and mentor BTT and BTTh positions by demonstrating a comprehensive approach to staff management and improving performance outcomes
Collaborate with Clinical Director with feedback on clinical processes, staff management, HR policies and Sonnenberg Schools program collaboration
Assist in assurance that clinical staff are made aware of all policies and procedures, and follows through to ensure understanding and implementation
Assess, document and maintain client contracts to ensure consistent attendance, participation, and policy adherence.
Additional requirements :
Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst -BCBA - 4 month Remote Contract
Must have at least 2 years of supervisory experience
Must have at least 2 years of remote experience
Must have at least 1 year of Central Reach experience with proficiency in scheduling and treatment planning
Active driver's license and a reliable vehicle
Ability to pass a caregiver's background check
Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must be a team player, willing to collaborate and work with a variety of individuals with all types of backgrounds
Ability to lift up to 50lbs
Salary : $45 - $65
