We are seeking a motivated Business Development Associate to join our growing and successful firm. This position identifies and qualifies potential investment opportunities through research and direct outreach and offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on deal experience, have meaningful responsibility, and contribute directly to our growth.

Primary Responsibilities
Work with business executives to further develop their acquisition strategies and build marketing campaigns and materials to boost our awareness and attract new partners
Research, network, identify and directly contact potential prospects
Communicate with prospects utilizing various tools including email, phone, referrals, social media, LinkedIn, and direct mail
Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospects and partner with them during the transaction process
Track and report on personal sales performance, pipeline progress, and other key metrics
Participate in project work related to marketing, prospecting and M&A best practices
Work on various projects as needed to support the growth of our Core partners and us.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
Strong interpersonal skills : communication, relationship building, and problem solving
Experience in sales or business development
Must be a self-starter, driven, demonstrate initiative, and work well with limited supervision
Quick learner and able to grasp complicated financial and business concepts
