Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 6:00 AM - 3:30 PM; Friday, 6:00 AM - 10:00 AM

Job Description

Are you a skilled CNC Machinist looking for a rewarding opportunity in a dynamic, team-oriented environment? We are seeking a dedicated CNC Programmer/Machine Operator to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for programming, setting up, and operating CNC machines to manufacture precision components that meet high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, modify, and optimize CNC programs using SolidWorks Cam.
• Set up and operate CNC mills and lathes.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD designs.
• Perform quality checks using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve machine or programming issues.
• Maintain and monitor equipment for proper operation and report any malfunctions.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
  
  

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree in CNC machining or a related field preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a CNC Programmer/Machine Operator.
• Experience with Fanuc 0i-M controls preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift up to 70 pounds and stand for extended periods.
