A well-established Heavy Civil / Water / Wastewater Construction company based in Nashville is seeking qualified candidates for an immediate Foreman position. Responsibilities :
Lead and manage a 4-8 person crew in mechanical piping & equipment installation and / or forming and placing concrete.
Ensure all work is performed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with project specifications.
Supervise laborers and coordinate daily job site activities.
Manage materials, equipment, and tools to maintain productivity and efficiency.
Water / Wastewater construction experience is a plus.
Qualifications :
Proven experience as a Foreman in heavy civil construction.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project plans.
Experience in mechanical piping, equipment installation, and / or concrete work.
Valid driver's license and ability to commute or relocate to Nashville, TN.
Compensation & Benefits :
Competitive salary : $70,000 - $90,000 per year (commensurate with experience).

Full-time position with a Monday-Friday schedule (10-hour shifts).
Additional Information :
Must be able to commute to Nashville, TN 37210.
