Criminal Defense Attorney
Location: Clifton, NJ (remote/hybrid)

About Us:
Our client, a rapidly growing law firm serving multiple states, is seeking a dedicated Criminal Defense Attorney to join their team. During the onboarding period, attorneys will be required to work in the office. After this period, there will be flexibility to adopt a hybrid work schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
Represent clients in criminal defense matters, including but not limited to DUI, drug offenses, assault, theft, and other related criminal charges.
Provide legal advice and counsel to clients, ensuring strong communication and a high level of client satisfaction.
Attend court hearings, trials, mediations, and settlement conferences.
Conduct legal research and draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and trial briefs.
Collaborate with other attorneys and staff to ensure comprehensive client service and case management.
Qualifications:
Admitted to practice law in New Jersey.
3-6 years of experience in criminal defense law.
Business development experience is a plus.
Strong litigation and negotiation skills.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to manage a caseload independently and effectively.
Proficiency in Spanish is preferred.
Salary : $79,700 - $106,500
