We are seeking a skilled Process Technician to join our team. The crystal process engineering technician will support crystal engineering team with a variety of technician tasks.
Responsibilities :
Test various crystal products (i.e : Filter crystals, discrete, monolithic, MRW versions as well as round blank crystals.
Performs screening and qualification processes such as G-sensitivity, phase noise, vibration, shock, thermal shock, etc.
Fix, clean, rebuild, and update equipment assigned.
Creates and updates production documentation and / or procedures as assigned.
Perform experiments as defined by engineering team keeping detailed records
Performs various production processes as needed to assist
Updates production level equipment and test systems as required
Performs data collection and work towards statistical evaluation of processes
Makes data sheets per customer's requirements
All other assigned duties to support Crystal Engineering
Education, Experience, & Training :
Crystal Manufacturing Experience preferred
Associates degree or equivalent preferred
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities :
Understand and utilize Excel for data collection and evaluation
Hands on position requiring interaction among multiple disciplines within the company
Familiarity with multiple software packages such as Microsoft word, excel and power point
Excellent written and verbal skills.
Must be able to work on ITAR data without a license
