We accepting applications for a Department Operations Manager for our termite division. By joining our team, you will be supported by 40 years of industry experience and will serve a key role in providing excellent customer service / treatment solutions to homeowners across central Alabama.
Responsibilities :
- Oversee the day-to-day activities of inspectors to ensure exceptional customer service for our customers.
- Provide guidance to staff on all facets of operations, service delivery, and customer relations.
- Accountable for overseeing financial aspects of operations, including driving revenue growth and managing expenses.
- Travel regularly within the assigned region to meet with customers, support inspectors, and collaborate with the sales team on business expansion.
- Adapt to a flexible schedule that may include early mornings and occasional weekend work as needed.
- Prepare and submit reports on a weekly, monthly, and annual basis as required.
- Act as a strategic problem-solver, identifying the most effective solutions for each client's needs.
- Foster clear and professional communication with both customers and team members.
