Job Description :
As an Estimator, you will use a variety of technical and soft skills to support the profitable operations of the sales team at our company.
Your duties will include accurately writing quotes in the system, completing necessary paperwork, and presenting information back to the Management team for review.
Required Job Duties :
Proficiency in data analysis
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
Report writing and strategic planning skills
Familiarity with analyzing requirement data to develop material and cost estimates for large projects
Expertise with CRM tools, such as spreadsheets and database managers
Ability to read and interpret technical documents
Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills
Exceptional time management skills
Self-Motivated

Qualifications :
Will train in the appropriate systems. Experience with preparing construction cost estimates is preferred.
Competence with analysis, numeration, research, and the use of spreadsheet and scheduling software (the minimum requirement is proficiency in Excel Proven experience with organization, critical thinking, and problem-solving in time-sensitive situations.
Ability to demonstrate leadership abilities and possess above-average written and oral communication skills.
Ability to work well in a team environment. Comprehension of all units of measure, able to convert between various units of measure.
Computer literacy computer estimating, complete competency in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Experienced Builder.
Schedule : 10-hour shift / 12-hour shift / 8-hour shift, Day shift, Monday to Friday
Ability to Commute : Plover, WI 54467 (Required)
Ability to Relocate : Plover, WI 54467 : Relocate before starting work (Required)
