Job Summary :

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Premier Client Account Manager to join our elite team. In this role, you will manage and grow a portfolio of high-net-worth clients, delivering personalized insurance solutions and ensuring the highest level of client satisfaction. You will work closely with our company partners and our internal claims and sales teams to provide a seamless experience for our clients. This role requires a deep understanding of the unique needs of high-net-worth individuals and the ability to deliver bespoke insurance strategies.
Key Responsibilities :
Client Management :
Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of high-net-worth clients, managing all aspects of their insurance needs.
Conduct comprehensive reviews of clients' insurance programs to ensure coverage adequacy and identify any gaps.
Provide expert advice on personal insurance products, including homeowners, auto, umbrella, fine art, jewellery, and other specialized coverages.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their evolving needs and proactively recommending solutions.
Policy Administration :
Oversee the placement of new policies, renewals, and endorsements.
Collaborate with underwriters and carriers to negotiate terms and secure the best possible coverage for clients.
Ensure all client documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with industry regulations.
Manage claims processes, advocating for clients and ensuring swift resolution.
Business Development :
Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling within your client portfolio.
Support the sales team in acquiring new high-net-worth clients by providing expertise in personal insurance solutions.
Participate in networking events and industry conferences to represent the firm and generate new business leads.
Team Leadership and Collaboration :
Mentor and provide guidance to junior account managers and support staff.
Collaborate with other departments, including marketing and business development, to enhance client service offerings.
Contribute to the development of best practices and continuous improvement initiatives within the Private Client Services team.
Qualifications : Experience :
Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in personal insurance, with a focus on high-net-worth clients.
Proven track record of managing complex insurance portfolios and delivering exceptional client service.
Experience in negotiating with underwriters and carriers on behalf of clients.
Education & Certifications :
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Risk Management, or a related field.
Professional designations such as CPCU, ARM, or CIC are highly desirable.
Skills :
In-depth knowledge of personal insurance products and markets.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex insurance needs and design appropriate solutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
High level of attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
