Our client is seeking a Junior Marketing Manager to support category initiatives, conduct market research, and develop compelling marketing presentations. This role requires strong analytical skills, creativity, and a deep understanding of market trends to drive customer engagement and business growth.

• Conduct in-depth market research and trend analysis to identify customer opportunities.

• Develop and deliver marketing presentations, creative briefs, and strategies tailored to client needs.

• Track and analyze brand developments, competitive landscapes, and emerging industry trends.

• Work closely with sales, perfumery, and evaluation teams to craft compelling fragrance storytelling.

• Collaborate with global marketing teams to adapt materials for regional and local markets.

• Present insights to clients through virtual and in-person meetings (some travel required).

• Support fragrance collection development using creative marketing tools and sensory techniques.

• Mentor junior team members and interns.

• Education: Bachelor's degree (Marketing preferred) or equivalent experience.

• Experience: 3-5 years in marketing (preferably in beauty and fragrance).

• Skills:

  • Strong research and analytical abilities.

  • Excellent creative writing, presentation, and communication skills.

  • Ability to create visually engaging marketing materials.

  • Experience in project management and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.

• Graphic design and layout proficiency.

• Experience working with fragrance storytelling and olfactive directions.

• Ability to mentor junior team members or interns.
