Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage landscape construction crews to ensure efficient and high-quality work.
Oversee projects from start to finish, ensuring compliance with industry and company standards.
Communicate effectively with crew members and clients regarding plans, progress, and production goals.
Enforce safety and maintenance procedures to uphold workplace standards.
Track and record project expenses, ensuring financial transparency.
Develop and manage crew work schedules and track hours.
Prepare job sites for work and oversee them through to completion.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment, ensuring a professional image.
Complete all necessary paperwork and job-related documentation.
Engage with clients to ensure job satisfaction and build strong relationships.
Qualifications:
1-3 years of experience managing construction projects and/or teams.
In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and OSHA guidelines.
Ability to read and interpret plans, drawings, and blueprints.
Dependable and reliable with a strong attendance record.
Comfortable working in various weather conditions.
