Position Overview: We are seeking a compassionate and skilled LCSW or LPC to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide forensic therapy services for adults in accordance with the recommendations and guidelines of the Association for the Treatment of Sexual Abusers (ATSA) and at our Sex Offender Assessment Board (SOAB) approved treatment site. This role involves conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and delivering evidence-based interventions. The candidate must be available to work on-site at both locations.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine clients' mental health status and needs.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
Deliver forensic therapy services for adults, adhering to ATSA guidelines.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and progress.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to ensure holistic care.
Stay updated with the latest developments in mental health practices and integrate them into client care.
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.
Current licensure as an LCSW or LPC in the state of Pennsylvania.
Proven experience in a clinical setting, preferably in outpatient care.
