Maintenance Supervisor

What We Need:

• We need a Maintenance Supervisor who is responsible for driving activities in the maintenance department, specifically, directing efforts of maintenance personnel to support production and repairs.

What You Will Do:

• You will all facets of production support

• You will conduct repairs when production is completed

• You will manage the maintenance staff of 7-8 technicians

• You will maintain staff efforts throughout the day, ensuring staff remains productive and engaged

• You will prioritize, issue, and assign work orders

• You will conduct weekly reviews of work orders

• You will be responsible for the labor budget and minimizing

• You will approve time clock punches; vacations; coverage for vacations; and manage call-outs

What You Need:

• 2 years of experience in a Maintenance leadership role as a Lead, Supervisor, or Manager

• 4 years of experience in Industrial or Manufacturing machine maintenance

• Ability to work a 2nd shift schedule 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM Mon-Fri OR option for 3rd shift 11:00 pm -7:30 am

• Utilization of a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) Maintenance planning/scheduling of work orders and maintenance resources

• Organized, leadership, strong mechanical skills, computer skills with Microsoft Office
