We are seeking a Marketing Operations & Project Manager that will oversee marketing execution, workflow coordination, and cross-team collaboration. They will ensure that all marketing campaigns, promotions, and initiatives are executed on time, efficiently, and in alignment with company goals.
This is not a strategy role, but a critical operational role, focused on driving efficiency, managing timelines, and keeping teams on-track and accountable.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, process oriented, and execution-focused-capable of supporting the marketing team as well as the executive leadership team. This multifaceted role requires a unique blend of skills, including leadership, project management, and excellent communication.
Principal Responsibilities
Own and maintain the marketing calendar, ensuring campaign deadlines and deliverables are met.
Manage cross-functional coordination between internal teams (sales, brand, growth marketing, email, social, affiliate marketing, content) and external agencies and contractors-ensuring effective communication to achieve organizational goals.
Manage Digital Asset Management System
Oversee project timelines and workflow tracking, proactively identifying and resolving bottlenecks.
Support the execution of promotions, launches, and initiatives, ensuring alignment across all sales and marketing channels.
Organize and facilitate marketing meetings, keeping teams aligned on goals, priorities, and action items.
Support sales teams with event coordination and marketing material development
Assist with print production and vendor management
Assist in budget tracking, resource allocation, and reporting on marketing initiatives.
Implement process improvements and marketing workflow optimizations to increase efficiency.
Requirements & Qualifications
5-7 years experience in marketing operations, project management and campaign execution
Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field. Advanced degree (e.g., MBA) a plus.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
Experience managing marketing calendars, execution workflows, and campaign deadlines.
Ability to coordinate across teams and hold people accountable to deadlines.
Familiarity with marketing project management tools (e.g.,Trello, Google sheets, and other management tools).
Detail-oriented, highly proactive, and process-driven.
Ability to identify and resolve issues related to marketing processes, technology, or data
Experience with supporting strategic planning and execution
Experience in data analysis and reporting
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Experience managing agencies or contractors
Entrepreneurial mindset and adaptable leader with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in health, wellness, or CPG industries is a plus.
