Self-starter who thrives in an on-call role and looks for ways to contribute, even during slower periods.
Responsibilities :
Provide expert HVAC service and repair for residential and commercial systems.
Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC issues efficiently.
Perform preventative maintenance and respond to emergency calls as needed.
Maintain an organized and professional work environment.
Ensure high customer satisfaction with quality service.
Requirements :
Proven experience as an HVAC technician with a strong commitment to quality.
Must have own tools and a reliable personal vehicle (until company fleet expands).
Willingness to work on an on-call basis with varying hours.
Strong work ethic, flexibility, and motivation to contribute to business growth.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Compensation & Benefits :
Competitive pay : $35 - $43 per hour (based on experience).
Commission opportunities -earn additional income on top of hourly pay.
Mileage reimbursement for travel.

Schedule : Monday to Friday
