We are looking for a seasoned Outside Sales Representative to drive business growth in the RI and MA markets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, particularly in the commercial construction industry, and a deep understanding of automatic sliding doors and door operators. This role requires a self-starter with excellent communication and relationship-building skills, who can identify new business opportunities and cultivate lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to expand market share in the RI and MA regions.

  • Identify and target potential clients within the commercial construction sector, including general contractors, architects, and building owners.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

  • Present and demonstrate our products, highlighting their benefits and features to meet client needs.

  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals to achieve or exceed sales targets.

  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to adapt sales strategies accordingly.

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure seamless client experiences.

  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote our brand and generate leads.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in the commercial construction industry.

  • Strong knowledge of automatic sliding doors and door operators is highly desirable.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • A results-driven mindset with a passion for achieving and exceeding sales goals.

  • Willingness to travel within the RI and MA regions as required.
