Minimum Qualifications
Education
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field preferred).
Experience :
3 years of payroll processing experience, preferably in a corporate environment.
Proficiency in payroll software (e.g., Paylocity) and working with third party payroll service.
Strong knowledge of payroll laws, taxes, and deductions.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to handle sensitive employee information with confidentiality.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Experience in HRIS and financial reporting tools
Skills / Abilities Problem Solving
Certification such as Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) or Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC) preferred.
Ability to analyze and reconcile payroll data with high accuracy.
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Planning & organizing
Excellent communication skills for coordinating with vendors and internal teams.
High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information securely.
Ability to interact at all levels.
