Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Sales and Technical Support Engineer at our client USA in Tampa, FL. The Sales and Technical Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, and analytical solutions to our customers, as well as ensuring top-tier customer service and support. As part of a support team in the Tampa office, the support engineer will work with a network of Certified Integrator Partners to deliver tailored video security solutions that meet the unique needs of each customer.
Qualifications
Knowledge of Video Security Surveillance Systems is required
Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills
Analytical Skills
IT Networking - Troubleshooting experience
Basic level database analysis experience, such as SQL (helpful)
Customer Support and Customer Service experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
