What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Facility Mechanical Engineer (P.E. - HVAC / Plumbing) position at W3Global Inc.?
Lead the design review process, proposals, engineering and construction estimate development, and project scheduling.
Ensure the success of projects by thoroughly reviewing submittals, shop drawings, field verification, and punch list tasks.
Contribute innovative design ideas while maintaining a strong commitment to quality and regulatory compliance.
Develop specifications and design critical systems such as commercial and industrial HVAC, compressed air systems, domestic plumbing, hydronic systems, and natural gas distribution.
Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
Deep understanding of industry best practices, evolving codes, and standards.
A minimum of 12-15 years of experience in HVAC and plumbing design.
A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering field, with a focus on HVAC systems.
Professional Registration (P.E.) required.
