We are currently seeking a Shipping and Logistics Coordinator who is accustomed to working in a fast-paced professional environment. The ideal candidate should be motivated, flexible, and solution-oriented.
Responsibilities :
Distribute and ensure all sales orders are being picked, quality checked and loaded accurately and efficiently
Serve as a back up Dispatcher as needed, handling customer inquiries and problem solving any issues that might arise during our deliveries
Administrative tasks including data entry, e-mails and phone calls
Processing of transfers between sites
Addressing concerns between various departments and shipping
Skills
3-5 years of experience in the same or similar role, in the same or similar industry preferred.
Bilingual (Spanish)
ERP system knowledge preferred
Dispatching experience REQUIRED
Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
MS Suite, G Suite knowledge
Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Excellent Communication, including writing, speaking, and interpersonal communication
Self-Driven & detail-oriented with outstanding organization skills
Ability to multi-task and operate in a high pressure environment
Schedule :
Monday to Friday 7 : 00 am to 3 : 30 pm
Must be willing to work overtime as needed
Job Type : Full-time
