Key Responsibilities
- Project Design: Lead the design process for single-family residential projects, including conceptual design, schematic design, and construction documentation.
- Client Collaboration: Engage with clients to understand project goals, budgets, and timelines, and translate their vision into architectural solutions.
- Code Compliance: Ensure designs adhere to local building codes, zoning regulations, and accessibility standards.
- Technical Detailing: Prepare detailed architectural drawings, specifications, and material selections to guide construction.
- Team Leadership: Coordinate and mentor junior designers and collaborate with consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders.
