- Handle a caseload of approximately 20-40 family law cases, including divorce, custody, and support matters.
- Manage cases with varying levels of guidance depending on experience, from junior associates to senior positions.
- Prepare and draft legal documents such as motions, pleadings, discovery responses, settlement agreements, and divorce decrees.
- Lead and manage complex divorce trials, custody disputes, and high-stakes family law matters.
- Maintain strong communication with clients, opposing counsel, and the court.
- Mentor and supervise junior associates and paralegals (for Senior Associate/Partner level).
- Contribute to the growth of the firm by maintaining client relationships and developing new business.
- Participate in strategic case planning and provide insight into client needs and legal strategy.
- For Associate Attorney (2 years of experience):
- Must have trial experience and the ability to handle divorce trials independently.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and writing skills.
- Must be self-motivated and able to manage a caseload of approximately 20-30 cases.
- Family law experience is preferred, but strong general litigation experience will also be considered.
- Family judicial clerkship experience is a plus but not required.
- For Senior Associate/Partner (7 years of experience):
- Must have significant trial experience and the ability to independently handle divorce trials.
- Must be able to handle a caseload of approximately 30-40 cases.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide junior attorneys and paralegals.
- At least 7 years of experience in family law and the ability to handle complex family law matters.
- Experience with business development and client retention is a plus.
- Family law judicial clerkship experience is preferred but not required.
- Competitive salary, with a range of $80,000 - $175,000 depending on experience

Salary : $80,000 - $175,000
