Are you eager to break into business development and make a real impact in the fast-growing MedTech space? We're looking for a motivated and sharp communicator to join our team as a Business Development Representative (BDR) - someone who thrives on meaningful outreach and is excited to help drive the front end of our growth engine.

This isn't your typical entry-level role. As a BDR, you'll play a key role in qualifying prospects, setting meetings, and helping build a high-converting pipeline for our sales team. You'll be the first impression many industry leaders have of our agency, so confidence, clarity, and professionalism are a must.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Conduct targeted outreach (cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn messages) to executives and decision-makers at MedTech and healthcare companies
  • Serve as an appointment setter by qualifying prospects and booking discovery calls for our sales team
  • Personalize every interaction through thoughtful research and messaging
  • Track all outreach activities, follow-ups, and lead status using HubSpot CRM
  • Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies and messaging
  • Stay informed on MedTech trends and key players to speak confidently with prospects
  • Contribute to pipeline growth by identifying high-potential opportunities and surfacing insights to the team
  • Meet or exceed KPIs for outreach, engagement, and meetings booked

What We're Looking For

  • Ability to make 75-150 touch-points with leads per week through a combination of calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
  • Experience with lead generation, appointment setting, or outbound outreach (internships or freelance work count)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills - you're confident, clear, and personable
  • Comfortable using digital sales platforms, including LinkedIn, HubSpot, and email tools
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with a proactive mindset and follow-through
  • Ability to stay motivated in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
  • Bonus points for familiarity with MedTech, marketing agencies, healthcare, or life sciences
