What You'll Be Doing
- Conduct targeted outreach (cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn messages) to executives and decision-makers at MedTech and healthcare companies
- Serve as an appointment setter by qualifying prospects and booking discovery calls for our sales team
- Personalize every interaction through thoughtful research and messaging
- Track all outreach activities, follow-ups, and lead status using HubSpot CRM
- Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies and messaging
- Stay informed on MedTech trends and key players to speak confidently with prospects
- Contribute to pipeline growth by identifying high-potential opportunities and surfacing insights to the team
- Meet or exceed KPIs for outreach, engagement, and meetings booked
- Ability to make 75-150 touch-points with leads per week through a combination of calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
- Experience with lead generation, appointment setting, or outbound outreach (internships or freelance work count)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills - you're confident, clear, and personable
- Comfortable using digital sales platforms, including LinkedIn, HubSpot, and email tools
- Detail-oriented and organized, with a proactive mindset and follow-through
- Ability to stay motivated in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
- Bonus points for familiarity with MedTech, marketing agencies, healthcare, or life sciences
