We design and manufacture medical sterilization trays and caddies for medical instruments.
Skills And Functions Needed
- 3 Axis Milling setup and some Lathe setup helpful.
- Set up and run multiple CNC mills at once.
- Set up and run multiple CNC mills at once.
- Familiar with Haas and Hurco machines and probing system.
- Attention to detail when setting up to reduce scrap.
- Ability to do process inspections (IPIC) and 1st article inspections.
- Machining plastics is a plus.
- Work with minimal supervision.
- G and M code experience.
- Editing at the machine experience.
- Renishaw probing experience.
- Understanding Blueprints.
- In process Inspection.
- Traveler Discipline.
- Must keep work area clean.
