What You'll Do

• Manage a book of commercial P&C insurance accounts with accuracy and efficiency.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients-handling renewals, endorsements, certificates, and daily service requests.
• Build strong, lasting relationships with clients through proactive communication and expert advice.
• Work closely with producers and carriers to deliver competitive and comprehensive insurance solutions.
• Answers telephone calls from clients and inquiries about endorsement requests, cancellations, remarkets/rewrites, claims, and other service inquiries.
• Utilizes sales and customer service skills to listen effectively, build rapport, develop needs, provide solutions, and improve client policy retention.
• Stay current on industry trends, carrier appetite, and product knowledge.
• Support the team in continuous improvement efforts and agency initiatives.
  
  

What We're Looking For

• 3-5 years of insurance industry experience related to servicing commercial accounts
• Active Property & Casualty insurance license.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in agency management systems (Applied Epic a plus).
• Ability to multitask in a Fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• A collaborative spirit with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
• Knowledge of computer software packages, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
