Overview

Our client is seeking a tenacious and perceptive Associate Attorney with a minimum of 3 years of legal experience. The ideal candidate must be currently licensed to practice law in Oklahoma or be willing to obtain licensure. This role involves managing a diverse portfolio of cases in Northeast Oklahoma, with a primary focus on criminal law, family law, and civil litigation.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to assess case details and legal strategies.
• Conduct legal research using legislation, case law, and other legal sources.
• Draft legal documents, including reports, contracts, and appeals.
• Represent clients in meetings, hearings, and trials.
• Advocate for clients in criminal, family law, and civil litigation matters.
• Provide updates to the managing attorney regarding case progress.
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure secure storage of client data.
• Track and report billable hours using MyCase practice management software.
• Stay updated on changes in relevant legislation.
  
  

Requirements

• Licensed to practice law in Oklahoma (or willing to obtain licensure).
• Minimum of 3 years of legal practice experience.
• Strong research, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases effectively under pressure.
• Excellent advocacy and communication skills.
  
  

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $80,000 - $150,000 per year

Work Schedule

• Full-time, Monday to Friday
• In-person role based in Broken Arrow, OK
• Candidates must have the ability to commute or relocate before starting work
