Duties/Responsibilities
- Analyzes equipment, systems, processes, and systems to identify modifications to improve efficiency, increase quality, and reduce costs.
- Assesses the competence, capabilities, resources, and financial status of vendors.
- Collaborates with design group to change plans if problems arise.
- Collaborates with project engineers from Customer to share problems and solutions.
- Collaborates with field staff to create budget and track materials, time, labor, and other resources required to complete the project.
- Collaborates with the operations department to identify and troubleshoot problems.
- Compares the actual cost to project estimates for each phase of the project.
- Facilitates and contributes to the development of project plans and schedule.
- Recommends and/or analyzes materials, equipment, and practices used in the project.
- Notifies supervisor of utility equipment needing additional attention or repairs.
- Prepares periodic progress and cost reports for leadership.
- Oversees field reporting and timesheet approval
- Notifies, trackes, creates, submits and follows up with Scope Changes to the Customer.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

- At least two (2) years of experience in project management, engineering, systems design, or other related field, with at least three years of management experience leading multidisciplinary design teams required.
