Our client is seeking dedicated family law attorneys/partners throughout New Jersey. This role offers the chance to actively participate in the firm, collaborate closely with attorneys, paralegals, and management, and help shape the firm while providing a high level of service to our clients.
Responsibilities
Prepare family law-related documents, including pleadings and correspondence.
Provide legal counsel and strategy to clients by analyzing their needs and determining the proper course of action.
Represent clients in court.
Handle existing family law cases and new cases as part of a team, from initial consultation to trial.
Qualifications
Must be admitted to practice in New Jersey.
Minimum of 3 years of family law experience (more experience preferred).
Capable of handling own caseload with independent decision-making and some trial experience.
Strong written, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Self-motivated and organized.
Excellent research skills.
An existing book of business is a plus, but not required.
