What You'll Do
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of event equipment
- Load and unload trucks with efficiency and care
- Pull, test, and replace gear for live events
- Learn to troubleshoot and maintain A/V systems
- Help maintain a clean, organized warehouse and production area
- Follow daily and weekly general warehouse duties
- Represent the company with professionalism at event sites while interacting with teammates and clients
- A strong work ethic and eagerness to learn A/V production
- A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stay on your feet during long shifts
- Clear communication skills and adaptability in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
- A valid driver's license and reliable commute to our Kansas City location
