This is a full-time salaried role based in Kansas City. Our standard workday begins at 9:00 AM on non-event days, with event work occasionally requiring nights, weekends, and travel. We offer:

Key Responsibilities
Warehouse & Pre-Event Preparation
- Pull, prep, and test gear for live and virtual productions
- Replace or upgrade damaged or outdated equipment
- Safely and efficiently load/unload trucks
- Assist with equipment setup and strike at live venues
- Support a variety of tech roles such as:
- Camera Operator
- Teleprompter Technician
- Lighting/Audio/Video Tech
- Stage Runner / Backstage Liaison
- Maintain a high level of professionalism when interacting with clients and team members
- Travel occasionally for national events
- Clean, maintain, and repair gear
- Assist with in-house fabrication and upkeep of our facilities
- Help reset and maintain event spaces including the White Box and Sound Stage
- Follow daily and weekly warehouse maintenance schedules
- A self-starter with strong problem-solving skills and curiosity to learn
- A reliable team player with a can-do attitude
- A positive and upbeat demeanor - especially under pressure
- Experience driving large trucks is a plus (but not required)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs consistently
