We are looking for a full-time Litigation Associate Attorney. Business litigation experience strongly preferred.

We are looking for a full-time Litigation Associate Attorney. Business litigation experience strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Draft and proofread discovery documents, pleadings, and motions;
- Legal research; communicate with clients, third parties, court personnel, co-counsel, and opposing counsel;
- Attend and assist with preparation for meetings, hearings, mediations, arbitrations, depositions, and trials;
- Review and prepare all types of case-related documents.
- Admission to the Texas Bar;
- Minimum 4-5 years business litigation experience;
- Strong attention to detail;
- Excellent organizational and communication skills;
- Good command of IT tools (MS Office, Outlook, Zoom);
- Ability to be a self-starter;
- Sound integrity.
