Position: Maintenance Manager

Location: Greenville South Carolina

Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs in the park, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs.
• Maintain common areas, including landscaping, grounds, and trash removal.
• Address resident maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure the overall cleanliness and safety of the park.
• Assist with seasonal tasks (snow removal, leaf removal, etc.).
• Maintain inventory of tools, materials, and supplies.
• Respond to emergency maintenance issues as needed.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in maintenance or a related field preferred.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and general repair work.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Must have a reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects.
• Must be able to perform tasks in various weather conditions.
