- Responsible for assembling and installing piping systems in new and existing construction projects.
- Assist the Foreman in managing projects.
- Train apprentices.
- Fabricate, assemble, install, and maintain piping systems for hydronic systems, including steam, natural gas, chilled/hot water, and compressed air systems.
- Ability to take direction
- Dependable and flexible
- Proactive and resourceful
- Confident in decision-making
- Minimum of 8 years of experience
- Welding experience is a plus
- Experience in new commercial construction
- Basic skills in computer, writing, communication, and interpersonal interaction
- Ability to pass a drug screening and background check
- Valid Driver's License
- Knowledge of building construction and various trades
- Ability to read blueprints and building specifications
- Ability to follow safety procedures and communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Ability to stand, bend, reach, and lift for most of the workday
- Lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Climb ladders and work from scaffolding or lifts
- Ability to drive long distances (up to 14 hours per day) between job sites
- Perform other manual tasks as needed.
