- 5 years of experience in the management of a manufacturing facility is required.
- Bachelor's degree is desired
- Provide overall hands-on management of plant operations, transportation and customer service.
- Serve as a positive, motivating leader of a diverse team of managers and hourly team members
- Establishing and sustaining preventive and predictive maintenance programs
- Planning and oversight of plant projects and repairs
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, environmental and regulatory policies and permits
- Provide weekly and monthly production and financial reporting as required
