The ideal candidate will also assist with closings and generate title policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and analyze loan documents for accuracy and compliance.
- Manage the post-closing process, ensuring all necessary documents are in place.
- Balance files, disburse funds, and record documents using Qualia and Simplifile.
- Communicate with lenders, agents, and other parties to address any outstanding requirements.
- Generate title policies and ensure proper documentation for audits and compliance.
- Conduct closings as needed.
- Title Producer License (Required) or must obtain it by April 2025.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently while following established procedures.
- Familiarity with loan regulations, title/escrow processes, and post-closing requirements.
- Proficiency in Qualia and Simplifile.
- Must be available to work full-time on-site in Baltimore or Rockville, MD.
