Seeking a professional assistant who has experience or interest in the real estate industry, high attention to detail, strong communication skills and the ability to multitask and contribute to a growing, successful company. Ranch brokerage, land use attorney or title company experience is desired. Ranch or farm background as well as flyfishing, hunting, outfitting and/or equine experience is a plus; we work hard, play hard.

Responsibilities include
- Prepare and track all documents and deadlines for real estate transactions.
- Critical point of contact with clients - secure signatures, manage and communicate important transaction deadlines.
- Work closely with clients, title companies, inspectors and other agents.
- Enter new leads into Client Relationship Management software
- Maintain contact and send updates to existing leads.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to update and maintain internal and external websites.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to create marketing materials, social media, print and digital advertising opportunities.
- Personal assistant tasks as assigned.
- Track and record expenses (personal and business
- Miscellaneous office duties include creating maps, filing, copying, printing and maintaining small office space.
- Bachelor's Degree from a 4-year college or university preferred.
- Licensed real estate assistant, agent or broker (if unlicensed, intention of becoming licensed in next 6 months).
- Computer literacy and experience using Adobe, G Suite Dropbox and Client Management Relationship software (HubSpot in particular)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, in person, by phone, and via written correspondence.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to juggle multiple projects with superb accuracy.
- Strong sense of urgency and problem solving skills.
