We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Vice President of Compliance and Privacy to join our leadership team. This role is pivotal in ensuring our organization adheres to all regulatory requirements and internal policies. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of financial concepts, regulatory reporting, and compliance frameworks. As the Vice President of Compliance, you will lead compliance initiatives, manage risk assessments, and foster a culture of integrity and accountability throughout the organization.
Responsibilities
The CCPO works collaboratively with the Network General Counsel and other members of Network Senior Management in identifying areas where compliance and privacy efforts are needed and investigating compliance and privacy issues. He or she works regularly with the Network Information Services Security Officer, as well as leadership at Network affiliates. In collaboration with the Network General Counsel and other members of Senior Management, the CCPO may also serve as the primary contact with State and Federal agencies on issues related to compliance or privacy.

- Compliance and privacy: 5 years (Required)
- Healthcare reimbursement systems: 3 years (Required)
