Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Water Well Pump Installer based in Lafayette, CO. The Water Well Pump Installer will be responsible for installing and repairing water well pumps and tanks for residential, commercial, and agricultural clients. Daily tasks include diagnosing and troubleshooting pump system issues, performing maintenance and repairs, and ensuring all installations comply with industry standards. The role involves physical labor and operation of heavy equipment.
Responsibilities
Repair, install, and adjust pumping systems and water treatment systems
Troubleshoot and repair defective equipment
Perform routine preventative maintenance
Respond to work order requests in a timely fashion
Drive and keep organized and clean service truck
Submit paperwork in timely manner
Coordinate with scheduler and customers
Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
Qualifications
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
Experience in installing and repairing water well pumps and tanks
Proficiency in diagnosing and troubleshooting pump systems
Knowledge of industry standards and compliance requirements
Ability to perform physical labor and operate heavy equipment safely
Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude
Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with clients
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in plumbing or water systems are a plus
