Engagement Description –
User experience is part strategy, part research, part design. The UX designer works with key stakeholders and conducts research to understand business needs, end-user insights, and the competitive landscape, to shape the UX direction to achieve business objectives. The UX designer then creates a design based on the direction, collaborating with content writers and UI designers. The overall design should facilitate a user experience that is usable, accessible, and delightful to end-users using human-centered design principles and best practices.

Three (3) to five (5) years of experience in the following :
- User research Conduct discovery and design research to inform UX direction and design. Participate in design strategy activities that set the experience direction for products.
- UX design Communicate innovative design solutions via wireframes, prototypes, and other design documents using programs such as Figma (strongly preferred), Axure, Balsamiq, Sketch or Adobe XD. Demonstrate using human-centered design principles and best practices.
